Position:         Finance Manager

Reporting:     Reports to Director Finance

Salary Scale:  BRD 3.3

Job Summary:

The primary role of this job is to analyse recurrent financial activities and occurrences and offer advisory services to top management about the nature of future financial agendas. Which is to say, aid in sound financial decision making and achieving profitability in the long run.

Job Requirements:

• An advanced University Degree in the Finance/accounting/ Business field, not below Masters and accreditations in FCCA/ FCA/ FCMA/ ACCA/CPA or any related field.

• 7 – 8 years’ relevant experience within a Finance Managerial position or similar within a dynamic organization

Skills required:

• Ability to develop, monitor and maintain financial management systems and procedures.
• Keen analytical sense and exceptional grasp of finance and accounting principles and best practices.
• High level of supervisory and performance management skills.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with financial trends analyse.
