- Identifying market opportunities and creating market entry strategies (including branding, logos etc.) for banana value-added products.
- Branding of different tooke products for quality and safety
- Building end-user profiles for banana value-added products.
- Testing end-user responses to new product formulations/recipes.
- Creating awareness building/adoption campaigns.
- Conducting training in business management and marketing.
- Facilitating & promoting linkages among farmers, processing associations, processors, consumers & service providers
